Creation and implementation of internal policies and procedures
Corporate governance and compliance
Acquisitions and divestments including:
Procurement and review of due diligence reports
Review of transaction documents including for external (third party) financing
Ongoing maintenance, monitoring and reporting including:
Setting up internal processes for the preparation and collation of information required for periodic reporting to the AIFM, Fund board of directors, and Investors
